1.How to register an account on Bookniverse?
  1. Go to the Bookniverse website (bookniverse.club).
  2. Click on "Register" in the top right corner of the homepage.
  3. Fill in your email and set a password, then click on "Confirm."
  4. An email with a "verification code" will be sent to the email address you provided.
  5. Enter the "verification code" on the Bookniverse registration page and click on "Confirm."
  6. After completing the registration, a profile picture will appear in the top right corner of the website.

2.How to log in on Bookniverse App?
  1. Open the Bookniverse App
  2. Click on "User Profile" icon in the lower right corner of the page.
  3. Click “Continue with email”
  4. Enter your email and password, click “login”
  5. Click on "User Profile" icon in the lower right corner of the page again
  6. Once your email is shown in the “User profile”, you are successfully logged in!

3.How to download the Bookniverse App?
Android Users: 
Go to Google Play and search for "文宇宙" or "Bookniverse", find the app and press "Install".
iOS Users: 
Go to the App Store and search for "文宇宙" or "Bookniverse", find the app and press "Get".
4.How to search books in Bookniverse App?
Login to the Bookniverse App, Enter the keywords to search books.
Related books will be shown below.
*Remarks: You can search by book title, author name, publisher name or ISBN, etc.
5.How to buy a e-book on Bookniverse?
  1. Search your favorite book on Bookniverse in website
  2. Click “Buy Now” on selected book page
  3. Enter the credit card information as instructed to place order
  4. After successful payment, you can see the purchased book on your personal bookshelf.
6.Where can I find the purchased books in the Bookniverse App?
1.Login to Bookniverse App
2.Click "My Bookshelf" icon on the lower right
3.Purchased and gifted books are displayed on "My Bookshelf"
7.Why is it not possible to underline certain books?
It depends on the format of the book file provided by the publisher. Underlining may not be available for PDF files, but it is available for books in EPUB format.
8.Can I read books via Bookniverse App offline?
Yes! Users need to initially open the books while connected to the internet, after which they can read them offline.
9.Can I use different readers to read at the same time?
The current system can only provide one reader per person at a time. If the reader is replaced, the user must log in to the system again.
10.Why can't web pages be opened using Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge?
