佳日思，香港大學法律學院包玉剛公法學講座教授，曾就憲法包括人權和種族衝突問題發表大量著作，並曾為多國政府及機構就憲制發展問題提供意見。陳文敏，香港大學法律系主任及教授，曾就國際及香港人權問題發表大量著作，並積極參與各項國際人權活動。傅華伶，香港大學法律系助理教授，主要研究興趣包括中國刑事司法制度、中國人權及香港與內地的法律交流與衝突。
