Gwen Yip（葉美茵），生於香港，畢業於香港大學經濟及財務學系。她放棄與學科有關的數字人生，畢業後投身廣告界的創作工作，曾於「精英廣告」（Grey Worldwide）、「李奧貝納」（Leo Burnett Hong Kong）、「奧美廣告」（Ogilvy & Mather Hong Kong）等優秀的4As廣告公司效力。
06年Gwen帶著一張London Working Holiday Visa隻身前往倫敦，參加大小繪畫展及展開她的自薦搵工大行動，於倫敦各大廣告公司登堂入室，後來獲著名廣告公司Wieden + Kennedy Amsterdam正式受聘為Art Director，是第一位全職受聘的中國人。
08年，Gwen獲得香港「設計智優青年設計才俊」（DesignSmart Young Design Talent Award）大獎，現正計劃前往倫敦進修藝術。
