旧物 Old Things - 王良和 Leung Wo Wong - Bookniverse

Born in Hong Kong and graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Wong Leung Wo(王良和)'s role as a part-time instructor of a poetry workshop at the Hong Kong Arts Centre in 1995 led to the founding, together with his students, of Women shikan 我们诗刊 [We poetry journal]. He was a co-editor of Huxi Poetry 呼吸诗刊 (1996-1997). Wong's essays, short stories and poetry have won him multiple awards, including the 1992 Hong Kong Biennial Awards for Chinese Literature (Poetry) for You deng柚灯 [Pomelo lantern] (1991) and the 2002 Hong Kong Biennial Awards for Chinese Literature (Fiction) for Yu Zhou鱼咒 [Curse of the fish] (2002). He is an associate professor at the Hong Kong Institute of Education.
