周炳華，現任信貸顧問公司董事。青年時期留學加拿大，在艾伯塔大學取得學士學位，在渥太華大學取得碩士學位。畢業後投身商界，從事銀行及信貸資料庫的工作，擅長人力資源及風險管理；近年更創立香港個人信貸報告顧問公司，為有需要的人士提供信貸專業建議及解決方案，並多次接受各類媒體（報章、電視台及電台）訪問，解答有關個人信貸方面的問題，亦曾應各商會的邀請，擔任座談會嘉賓，通過經驗分享，加深香港市民對信貸問題的認識、幫助市民保障自身信貸方面的利益。
