The author David Sau-yan Wong is a consultant plastic surgeon at the Prince of Wales Hospital and an honorary associate professor in both the University of Hong Kong and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. With an interest in the law, Dr. Wong has recently obtained the degrees of LLB (London), LLM (London), and the PCLL (HK).
