江仲有是資深土木工程師、律師（澳洲昆士蘭、維多利亞、新南威爾斯、香港、英國、粵港澳大灣區）、仲裁員（廣州、天津、深圳、中國國際經濟貿易仲裁委員會、上海國際經濟貿易仲裁委員會、深圳國際仲裁院及亞非法協香港區域仲裁中心）、認可調解員、家事調解員、監督（香港國際仲裁中心、香港律師會、香港家事法庭、香港專業調解中心及香港調解資歷評審協會有限公司）及親職協調員。三十多年來，他曾參與及處理各類大小工程建設，並擁有豐富調解仲裁民商事、婚姻調解、婚姻訴訟和刑事訴訟經驗。此外，他也是一位資深調解員導師（香港調解資歷評審協會、香港專業調解中心）。
