The Nursery Alice is a shortened version of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, adapted by Lewis Carroll himself for ‘children from nought (zero) to five’ It is written as though the story is being read aloud by someone who is also talking to the child listener, with many interpolations by the author, pointing out details in the pictures and asking questions. The story is about a magical dream of a girl named Alice. While Alice is sitting under a tree, she sees a rabbit and keeps following it through the rabbit hole. From then on, Alice embarks on an amazing and adventurous journey in the wonderland.
