Paul Morris is a professor of education at the Institute of Education, University of London. He worked in Hong Kong from 1976 and was dean of the Faculty of Education at the University of Hong Kong from 1986 to 1993. He was president of the Hong Kong Institute of Education from 2002 to 2007.
